We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully.
Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8825287280 or email support@mylaptopbattery.in.
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You may initiate a return after delivery.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Product received in damaged condition
- Product is defective or not functioning on first use
- Product is not compatible (if compatibility was confirmed by our team)
Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos via WhatsApp
- Original invoice must be available
Non-Returnable Items
- Products with physical damage caused by the customer
- Products where customer selected wrong model without consulting our team
- Products returned without prior approval
Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refund processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer - share your account details when raising the return request

- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process
