1. How do I find the right battery or charger for my laptop?

Check the model number of your laptop (on the sticker at the bottom) or the part number on your existing battery or charger. Not sure? WhatsApp us at +91 8825287200 with a photo of your old part and we will find the exact compatible product for you.

2. Are your products 100% original?

Yes. Every battery and charger is sourced directly from authorised manufacturers. We never sell duplicate, compatible, or third-party parts.

3. What warranty do you offer?

All products come with a 6-12 month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video for a hassle-free replacement. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery takes 3-5 business days in metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India. A tracking link is sent via WhatsApp and Email once shipped. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes. COD is available on all orders across India. A nominal handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. You can also pay via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking.

6. What is your return and replacement policy?
