Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

You can request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: Product is physically damaged on arrival or has a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect Item Received: Product received is different from what was ordered
  • Compatibility Issue: Product is not compatible with your laptop (provided the correct model was confirmed by our team)

2. Reporting Window

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for return or replacement.

3. How to Raise a Request

  2. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process

4. Replacement vs. Refund

  • Replacement: We primarily offer a free replacement for defective or incorrect items
  • Refund: If replacement is not available, refund is processed to the original payment method

5. Return Conditions

  • Product must be in original packaging with all accessories
  • No signs of physical damage caused by the user or unauthorized repair attempts

6. Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer - share your account details when raising the request
