Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely anywhere in India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to nearly all pin codes across India via trusted courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and XpressBees.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 999
• COD Orders: A nominal Cash on Delivery handling fee may apply, shown at checkout

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing & Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
• Delivery - Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Delivery - Rest of India: 5-7 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and Email. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on all orders across India. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 8825287280 or email support@mylaptopbattery.in with photos or a video of the package and product.
