1. Warranty Period

  • Original Laptop Batteries: 6-12 months (as specified on the individual product listing)
  • Original Laptop Chargers: 6-12 months (as specified on the individual product listing)

2. What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Battery backup dropping below 30 minutes within the warranty period
  • Battery not charging or not detected by the laptop
  • Charger failing to supply power or not recognised by the laptop

3. What is NOT Covered

  • Physical damage such as cracks, broken pins, or burnt components
  • Damage from liquid spills or electrical surges
  • Unauthorised repair or tampering
  • Normal wear and gradual capacity decrease over time
  • Compatibility issues where the customer ordered without verifying the model

4. How to Claim Warranty
